Ingredients
  1. 1/2 kg fine flour
  2. 4 Eggs
  3. 1sachet yeast
  4. 1/2 cup sugar
  5. 1/2 cup sugar.
  6. 1/2 cup butter
  7. 200 gm chocolate bar
  8. 2 tsp baking powder
  9. for frying Oil
  10. 1 pinch salt
Method
  • In warm water add 1sachet yeast with 1cup sugar, mix it well and set aside for 15 minutes. In a mixing bowl add 1/2kg fine flour, 1/2cup butter, 1/2tsp baking powder, yeast, sugar and 1 pinch salt knead all ingredients properly then cover it with plastic and set aside in warm place for 1 to 2hours.
  • With the help of a rolling pin roll out the dough 1/2 inch thick. With the help of a glass or round cutter cut the dough into circular shapes. Then cut the 200gm chocolate bar in small pieces, set on thecircular dough pieces and shape into balls.
  • Now deep fry the balls make sure that balls should be fried from both sides. Dish out and serve.
