Ingredients
  1. Fusilli or spiral pasta 500 g
  2. Olive oil 1tbsp
  3. Cloves garlic 2
  4. Finely chopped fresh 2 tbsp
  5. Rosemary ot 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  6. 440 gram/14 oz canned tomatoes, drained and mashed
  7. Freshly groung black pepper 60g
  8. Mozzarella cheese 60 g
Method
  • Cook pasta in boiling water in a large saucepan following packet direction Drains sat aside and keep warm
  • Heat oil in a frying pan and cook garlic rosemary, over a low heat for 2 minutes.
  • Add tomatoes, brings to simmering for 3-4 minutes.
  • Seasons to taste with black pepper and toss to combine. Finally serve
