Ingredients
  1. Chicken breast 2
    Cream cheese 3 tbsp
    Oregano ½ tsp
    Thyme ½ tsp
    Garlic paste 1 tbsp
    Red grapes juice ¼ cup
    Brown sugar 1 tsp
    Parsley chopped ¼ bunch
    Water ¼ cup
    Oil 3 – 4 tbsp
    Salt to taste
    Black pepper powder ¼ tsp
Method
  • Cut each chicken breast from center and open into book form.
    In a bowl mix together 3 tbsp cream cheese, 1 tsp brown sugar, ½ tsp thyme, ½ tsp oregano, salt to taste, ¼ tsp black pepper and 1 tbsp garlic paste.
    Also add in ¼ bunch of chopped parsley and mix very well.
    Stuff each chicken breast with the mixture. Fold it again.
    Now shallow fry chicken with a little oil till golden brown. Flip and fry the other side as well.
    Then add ¼ cup red grapes juice and ¼ cup water. Cover and cook on low flame for 15 – 20 minutes.
    Now turn the flame high and fry well till water dries.
    Remove chicken breast, cut into slices. Pour sauce on top. Serve with boiled rice.
