Ingredients
  1. Potatoes boiled3
    Onion1
    Spring onion2
    Yogurt125 gm
    Parsley¼ bunch
    Gherkins3
    Boiled eggs3
    Mustard paste1 tbsp
    Crushed red pepper1 tbsp
    Saltto taste
    Cinnamon2 sticks
    Oil3 – 4tbsp
Method
  • Heat 3 – 4 tbsp oil in a wok, add 2 cinnamon sticks and 1 chopped onion, sauté till golden brown.
    Then add 1 tbsp mustard paste, 1 tbsp crushed red pepper, ¼ bunch of chopped parsley, 125 gm yogurt and 2 chopped spring onion. Fry well for 1 – 2 minutes.
    Now add 2 boiled potatoes cut into cubes, also add 6 sliced gherkins and cook covered for 5 – 6 minutes.
    Now remove lid, fry well on high flame till water dries.
    Remove mixture in a serving platter, garnish with boiled eggs and serve hot.
