Ingredients
  1. 1) Mutton or beef minced 1kg
  2. 2) Red chili powder 1tsp
  3. 3) Pounded chili 1/2 tsp
  4. 4) Whole spices powder 1/2tsp
  5. 5) Pepri powder 1/2tsp
  6. 6) Kebab cheni 1/2tsp
  7. 7) Bread 2slices
  8. 8) Cumin seed powder 1tbsp (roasted)
  9. 9) Green chilies 6-8
  10. 10) Ginger garlic paste 2tbsp
  11. 11) Onions grind 1small
  12. 12) Raw papaya (skinned & grind) 2tbsp
  13. 13) Lemon 1
  14. 14) Salt to taste
  15. 15) Oil
Method
  • 1. Mix all ingredients & marinate for 1/2 hour in refrigerator.
  • 2. Make oval flat or any shape and grill them one by one.
  • 3. Oil with brush and turn till tenderize.
  • 4. SERVE HOT WITH NAN/PARATHA AND CHUTNI.
