گلاب جامن (INGREDIENTS)

میدہ(چھنا ہوا)۔۔۔2 پیالی
کھانے کا سوڈا۔۔۔۔4/1 چائےکا چمچہ
پسی ہوئی الائچی۔۔۔۔ایک چٹکی
انڈہ۔۔۔۔ایک عدد
گھی۔۔۔2 کھانےکے چمچے
تیل۔۔۔تلنے کے لئے
چاندی کے ورق،بادام پستے۔۔۔سجانے کے لئے
شیر کے اجزاء؛
چینی۔۔۔2/1 کلہ
پانی۔۔۔۔2 پیالی
چھوٹی الائچی۔۔۔۔4 عدد

METHOD

دیگچی میں سیرے کے اجزاء ملا کر ایک تار بننے تک پکائیں اور چولہے سے بنالیں۔ میدے میں سوڈا، الائچی انڈہ اور گھی ملا کر گوندھ لیں۔ اس آمیزے کی چھوٹی چھوٹی بالز بنالیں۔ کڑاہی میں تیل گرم کریں انہیں سنہری تل کر شیرے میں شامل کردیں۔ تھوڑی دیر بعد گلاب جامن کو نکال کر سروگ ڈش میں ڈالیں۔ اسے چاندی کے ورق، بادام پستے سے سجا کر پیش کریں۔
