INGREDIENTS

1) Chicken 1 kg
2) Cooking oil 1/2 kg
3) Red chilli powder 20 gm
4) Haladi (turmeric) 15 gm
5) Garam masala 50 gm
6) Black pepper 1 tsp
7) Salt 1 tsp
8) Tomatoes 500 gm
9) Green chilli 25 gm
10) Methi (fenugreek) 30 gm

METHOD

1. Put the oil in the Karahi after giving it temperature.
2. Put tomatoes when tomatoes become brown.
3. Put all the other ingredients with chicken.
4. Keep it for 15 minutes on charcoal.
