Ingredients
  1. • Drumsticks 6
  2. • Onion 1
  3. • Green chilies 3 – 4
  4. • Yogurt 125 gm
  5. • Coriander leaves ¼ bunch
  6. • Mint leaves ¼ bunch
  7. • All spice powder 1 tsp
  8. • Dry fenugreek leaves 1 tsp
  9. • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  10. • Oil 4 tbsp
  11. • Lemon juice 4 tbsp
  12. • Lemon for garnish
  13. • Coriander leaves for garnish
  14. • Salt to taste
Method
  • • Mark cuts using knife on each drumstick.Heat 4 tbsp oil in a pan, add 1 chopped onion and fry till golden brown.Now add 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste with drumsticks and fry till golden brown.Blend together ¼ bunch mint leaves, ¼ bunch coriander leaves, 125 gm yogurt, 4 tbsp lemon juice and 3 – 4 green chilies. Blend well till smooth paste is formed.
  • • Add the prepared paste to the chicken mixture with salt to taste, 1 tsp all spice and 1 tsp dry fenugreek leaves. Cover and cook over low flame for 10 – 15 minutes.Now remove lid, turn the flame high and fry well till water dries.Dish it out and serve hot.
