Ingredients
  1. ½ kg beef undercut
  2. 2 bunches of coriander leaves
  3. 1 cup yogurt
  4. 10 green chilies
  5. 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  6. 8 garlic cloves
  7. 3 chopped onions
  8. 1 tsp crushed black pepper
  9. 2 lemons
  10. 1 tbsp butter
  11. 1 cup oil
  12. Salt as required
Method
  • Boil beef undercut with ginger garlic paste, salt and yogurt.
  • When the water dries out, remove from the stove.
  • Now blend the coriander, green chilies and garlic cloves and make a chatni out of it.
  • Heat the oil and fry onion till it gets golden brown.
  • Now take the half onion out of it and fry the prepared chatni in the remaining onion.
  • Now add this in the boiled meat.
  • Add lemon juice and sprinkle crushed black pepper on it and put it on dum for 5 mins.
  • Now sprinkle the fried onion on it and serve.
