Ingredients
  1. Boneless chicken ½ kg 2 inches cube
    Salt ½ tsp + ½ tsp
    White pepper ½ + 1/2 tsp
    Egg white 1
    Corn flour 2 tbsp + 1 tbsp
     Carrot 1 cut in cube
    Capsicum 1 cut in cube
    Onion 1 cut in cube and separates each leaf
    Cashew nut 20 deep fried
    Oil ¼ cup
    Crushed garlic 1 tbsp
    Ketchup 3 tbsp
    Chili sauce 2 tbsp
    Soya sauce 1 tbsp
    Stock 1 cup
Method
  • Marinate chicken cubes with salt, white pepper, ½ tsp each, 1 egg white, corn flour and deep fry just for 3 minutes, heat oil in a wok fry crushed garlic till light golden, add all the vegetables with seasonings, stock, when mixture boiling thickens with corn flour paste, lastly add cashew nuts and serve.
