Ingredients
  1. Black pepper powder¼ tsp
    Green cardamom                3
    Saffron1tsp
    Ingredients
    Basmati rice1-1/2 cup
    Medium sized onion1
    Almonds                8-10
    Pistachio13-16
    Iranian   raisin¼ cup
    Dill¼ cup
    Oil¼ cup
    Salt2tsp
    Yellow food color1pinch
Method
  • Heat oil in pan and fry 1 onion till it turns golden .then add 3 green cardamom, 1/4 tsp and 2tsp salt
    Now add 2-1/2 cup and 3cup of water.
    When water comes to boil then add 1-1/2 cup of basmati rice.
    When water start to dries then add 8-10 almonds,13-16 pistachio and ¼ cup Iranian raisin and allow to mix
    Mix 1 pinch yellow food color and 1tsp saffron and add in rice
    Now add ¼ cup of dill in rice and then keep simmering for 8-10 min.
    Delicious irani rice is ready to serve
