Ingredients
  1. Rice Basmati------- 1/2 kg
  2. Chaddar Cheese ---- 2 cup crushed
  3. Pizza Cheese -------- 1 cup crushed
  4. Chicken Boneless ---- 1/2 kg cut in cubes
  5. Black Pepper Powder ---- 1/4 tsp
  6. White Pepper Powder ---- 1/2 tsp
  7. Macroni Elbow Shape------ 1 paket
  8. Red Tomatoes ----------- 1/2 kg for sauce
  9. Fish Fillet ------------ 1/2 kg in cubes
  10. Soya Sauce --------- 1/2 cup
  11. Carrot ------------- 200gm
  12. Green Onion Leefs ------- 125gm
  13. Cabbage ----------------- 250gm
  14. Salt as taste
  15. Knorr Chicken Cubes --------- 2 cubes
  16. Meda ------------- 3 tbs
  17. White Butter ---------- 2 tbs
  18. Milk --------- 2 glass
  19. Red Chilli Powder ----- 1 tsp
  20. chinese Salt ---------- 2 tbs
  21. Sugar --------- 1 tsp
  22. Cooking Oil ---- 1/2 cup
Method
  • 5 Steps Of This Recipe.
  • Step 1. Take a sauce pan, melt 2tbs butter and fry 3 tbs meda after frying add 2 glass milk and cook till 3 min: add white pepper powder and knorr cubes after 2 min: add cheddar cheese 1/2 cup crushed and now mixing it. white sauce ready.
  • Step 2. boil 1/2 kg tomatoes in pan, make paste, take a pan sour paste and add 1/2 tsp black pepper,
  • 1 tsp Sugar, salt as taste, 4 tbs soya sauce, 1 tsp red chilli powder and cook it till 3 to 5 min: get ready.
  • Step 3. Boil Basmati rice and take a pan sour cooking oil and stir fry all vegetable in half quantity and add boil rice and mix up, so add 2 tbs tomato sauce, + Fish Fillet + 3 tbs Soya Sauce + 1/2 tsp black pepper powder + Salt and chinese salt as taste and cook it till 2 min.
  • Step 4. Take a pan, half vegetables stir fry in cooking oil and add chicken in cubes and add salt and chines salt+ black and white pepper powder 1/4 tsp and add 2 tbs soya sauce and mix it.
  • Step 5. Take a large size Pan. make a 1st layer of macroni and some crushed cheddar and pizza cheese. 2nd layer of some white sauce 3rd layer some tomato sauce 5th layer make with all vege rice and white and tomato sauce and garnish with crushed cheese and tomato slice and bake 5 min then melt the cheese.
  • Hot served with Hot Sauce.
