Ingredients
  1. Beef ½ kg
    Garlic 4 cloves
    Onion 2
    Black pepper powder 1tsp
    Oregano 1 tsp
    Parsley ½ bunch
    Salt 1 tsp
    Paprika  2 tsp
    Egg 1
    Tomato                (cut into slice) 2
    Chili sauce 2 tsp
    Bread crumbs 1 cup
    Meezan cooking oil 1 tbsp
Method
  • Chop ½ kg beef, 4 garlic cloves, and 2 onions in a chopper. Put this mixture in a bowl. Add 1 egg, 1 cup bread crumbs, 2 tbsp chili sauce, 1 tsp salt, 2 tsp paprika powder, ½ bunch chopped parsley, 1 tsp black pepper powder, and 1 tsp oregano. Mix well. Now grease an oven proof dish and make a layer of meat. Place tomato slices on top and make another layer of meat. Press by hand and bake on 200 degree for 30 minutes.
