Egg whites 4
Ground almonds 4 ounce
Caster sugar 8 ounce
Flour 1 ounce
Butter icingButter 8 ounces
Icing sugar 4 ounces
Coco powder 1 tbsp

METHOD

Grease tray sprinkle flour to dust, mix 4 ounce caster sugar into a 4 ounce ground almonds and 1 ounce flour, beat egg whites stiff till fluffy, gradually adding in 4 ounce of caster sugar, fold in the mixed almonds, sugar and flour, put the mixture In butter paper cone and with plain nozzle, pipe in long fingers bake at 250 degree for 15 minutes until cookies crisp.
