Jelly Custard Recipe by Rida Aftab
Custard powder 2 tbsp
Milk ½ liter
Strawberry jelly ½ packet
Sugar 4 tbsp
In a pan put ½ liter milk, cook till it comes to a boil. Add 4 tbsp sugar and mix well.
Dissolve 2 tbsp custard powder in a little water. Add to the boiling milk and cook till thickens.
Separately dissolve ½ packet of strawberry jelly in ½ cup boiling milk. Remove in a bowl and keep aside till firm.
Now add jelly to the custard mixture and serve.
