INGREDIENTS

spinach 25ogram
potatoes 25o gram
oniao 1 choped
tomatoes 2 choped
ginger garlic paste 1 tea sp.
Oil 2 or 3 table sp.
Coriander powder 1 tea sp.
All spices half tea sp.
Salt as per taste
red chili powder 1table sp.
Termeric 1 pinch

METHOD

1. Wash and cut spinach and put in pan with half cup of water for 15 to 20 mins at low flame until it cooks.
2. Put this mixture of water and spinch in blender and blend them.
3. In other Pan, fry onion in oil and make it light golden.
4. add ginger garlic paste and fry til it gets lite golden colour.
5. N0w add tomatoes, salt, chili powder, termeric, coriender powder and potatoes and mix them well.
6. Now add blended spinach and mix well. Put half cup water (if needed) for potatoes to be cooked about 10 mins on low flame.
7. Of the flame and serve with roti and salad.
