Ingredients
  1. Rice300 gm
    Chicken mince½ kg
    Onion2
    Peas boiled1 cup
    Capsicum1
    Garlic4 cloves
    Carrot2
    Spring onion1
    Egg1
    Crushed black pepper1 tbsp
    Saltto taste
    Oilfor fry
Method
  • In chopper put together ½ kg chicken mince, 1 onion, 2 carrots, 1 spring onion, 1 egg, 1 tbsp crushed black pepper and salt to taste. Chopperize finely.
    Now make small sized kabab and shallow fry till golden brown.
    Remove and keep aside.
    Heat ¼ cup oil in a wok, add in 4 cloves of chopped garlic, 1 chopped carrot, 1 chopped capsicum and 1 chopped onion. Fry for 1 – 2 minutes.
    Now add 1 ½ glass of water to the pan with salt to taste. Add in 300 gm soaked rice. Cook till rice comes on top and water dries.
    Lastly add in fried kabab and mix well. Cover and simmer on low flame for 8 – 10 minutes.
    Dish it out and serve hot.
