  3. Aloo 2 adad(cubes)
  4. Lal Mirch Powder 1 tsp
  5. Gurday 4 adad
  6. Hari Mirchen 4 adad
  7. Hara Dhania 1 tsp (chopped)
  8. Adrak and Lehsun Paste I tsp
  9. Haldi Powder 1/4 tsp
  10. Namak and Kaali Mirch Powder Hasb-e-Zaiqa
  11. Oil 1/2 cup
Method
  • Method:
  • 1.Kaleji aur Gurdon ko achi tarhan se dho kar Adrak and Lehsun Paste, Lal Mirch Powder, Haldi Powder, aur namak laga kar adhay ghante tak Merinate hone den.
  • 2.Frying pan mai oil garam kar ke Merinate kia hua Kaleji aur Gurdon ka amaizah dalen saath Aloo k cubes bhi shamil kar den.
  • 3.Aanchh pehle halki rakhen taake Kaleji aur Gurday gall jayen,thori der baad paani khushk hoto tamatar aur Hari mirchen dalen aur achi tarhan bhoon len aur saatyh namak aur kaali mirch powder mix kren.
  • 4.Ab Hara Dhania daal kar mazeed khuch der bhoonen taake khushbu aaye,iske baad garnish kar ke salad aur French Fries k saath serve kren.
