Ingredients
  1. Mutton 1 kg
  2. Chopped garlic 4-5
  3. Ginger Julienne cut
  4. Green chilli Julienne cut
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Haldi half table spoon
  7. Garam masala powder or black pepper powder
  8. Oil
Method
  • Fry chopped garlic in oil, add mutton salt and haldi and fry until it change colour add water,cover and cook until tender,dry water,add adrak,greenchilli and garam masala powder/b.pepper powder in the end.It would be amazingly tasty for those who don't like spicy food.
