INGREDIENTS

Chicken boneless½ kg
White vinegar½ cup
Ginger powder1 tbsp
Saltto taste
Chicken cubes2
Water1 cup
Lemons                4
Chopped red chilies8
Chopped green chilies8
Crushed black pepper1 tsp
Corn flour1 tbsp
Oil½ cup

METHOD

Cut chicken into small pieces, add in vinegar, ginger, salt and keep it for 15 minutes. Add in 2 tbsp oil, chicken and dry the water. Add in red chilies, green chilies and stir fry chicken. On the end, add stock and 1 tbsp corn flour in stock and add it in the chicken. When the stock thickens add in crushed black pepper and serve.

What is the lemon used for? It is mentioned in the ingredients list but nothing in the method. I am assuming that the juice is added to the chicken while cooking?????

Mam ap ne ful recipe nai batai or ap ne ye bi nai batya k lemon kis waqat add karne hain.
