Ingredients
  1. Mango puree 1 cup
    Hung curd 3 tbsp
    Sugar 4 tbsp
    Lemon juice 1 tbsp
    Custard powder 3 tbsp leveled
    Whipped cream 200 gm
    Vanilla essence 1 tsp
    Milk 2 cups
Method
  • In your mango puree add lemon juice, vanilla and hung curd, keep aside, mix the custard powder in ½ cup milk, boil the rest of milk and sugar, when milk starts boiling add custard powder, cook for 2 minutes till thick, remove. Mix the cool custard with mango mixture, fold in the whipped cream, pour into individual glasses, refrigerate till firm, just before serving, decorate with whipped cream.
