Ingredients
  1. Mutton½ kg
    Chopped onions 3
    Yogurt1 cup
    ginger paste1 tbsp
    whole red chilies6
    turmeric1 tsp
    whole green chilies6
    whole black pepper1 tsp
    garlic6 cloves
    Lemons 2
    Saltto taste
    Chopped green coriander½ bunch
    Oil1cup
Method
  • Take a cup oil in the pan and heat it. Add in 3 chopped onions and fry till golden brown. Add in ½ kg mutton, 1 tsp turmeric, 1 tbsp ginger pate and some salt. Crush together 6 red chilies, 6 green chilies, 6 garlic cloves and 1 tsp black pepper. when the water of the meat dries, add in 1 cup hot water and let the meat tender. When the water dries and add in 1 cup yogurt and grinded spice. Cook it well. When the oil separates add in 2 lemon juice and ½ bunch green coriander. Simmer it for 5-10 minutes. Masalaydar mutton is ready to serve.
