اجزاء:
• ابلی ماش کی دال ۔۔ دو پیالی
• پیاز ۔۔ چار عدد
• لہسن ادرک پیسٹ ۔۔ ایک چائے کا چمچہ
• ٹماٹر ۔۔ ایک عدد
• کٹا ادرک ۔۔ 4/1 پیالی
• ہرا دھنیا ۔۔ آدھا پیالی
• ہری مرچ ۔۔ 4/1 پیالی
• تلی ثابت لال مرچ ۔۔ آٹھ سے سات عدد
• انڈے ۔۔ چھ عدد
• تیل ۔۔ آدھا پیالی
• نمک ۔۔ حسب ذائقہ

ترکیب:
ایک پین میں تیل گرم کریں اور پیاز سنہری کرلیں، لہسن ادرک پیسٹ، پسا ٹماٹر ڈال کر اتنی دیر پکائیں کہ پانی خشک ہوجائے۔ اب مصالحے میں دال شامل کردیں اور انڈوں کے علاوہ باقی اجزاء بھی شامل کردیں اور پین کو ڈھکے بغیر دم پر رکھیں۔ انڈوں کو پھینٹ کر نرم آملیٹ بنالیں اور دال میں شامل کردیں۔ انڈا دال مکس کریں اور گرما گرم پیش کریں۔

ohh my favorite mash dal but i dont like dal made at home i like mash dal from any phatan hotel they really cook dal tasty with hot and fresh nan .. and the impotent thing is that all phatan hotel dal taste is different even still they are very tasty..
