Ingredients
  1. ½ kg mixed vegetables
  2. 1 cup besan
  3. ½ cup suji
  4. ½ tsp turmeric
  5. 2 tbsp curd
  6. Salt to taste
  7. A pinch of asafetida
  8. 2 tsps sugar
  9. 6 green chillies (ground)
  10. A small piece of ginger (ground)
  11. ½ tsp red chilli powder
  12. 1 tsp oil for batter
  13. Oil for frying
Method
  • Peel, wash and chop all the vegetables finely, then steam or boil them till tender. Mix well the besan, suji, remaining ingredients and oil next ad the all stamed vegetables and make a batter, using a little water if required from into small balls and deep fry on a medium fire till golden brown. Serve hot.
