Ingredients
  1. Beef mince½ kg
    Cabbage chopped¼ piece
    Lemon (juice)1 whole
    Carrot1
    Red capsicum1
    Spring onion2
    Chili garlic sauce2 tbsp
    Oyster sauce1 tbsp
    Saltto taste
    Sesame oil1 tsp
    Vegetable oil¼ cup
    Soya sauce1 tbsp
    Ginger1 medium piece
    Garlic3 cloves
    Corn flour1 tbsp
Method
  • Heat oil in a wok, add 3 cloves of chopped garlic and 1 medium piece of ginger. Sauté for a few minutes.
    Add in ½ kg mince and fry well till water dries. Then add ¼ piece of chopped cabbage, 1 chopped carrot, 1 chopped capsicum and 2 chopped spring onion. Fry well for 1 – 2 minutes.
    Add juice of 1 lemon, 2 tbsp chili garlic sauce, 1 tbsp oyster sauce, salt to taste, 1 tsp sesame oil and 1 tbsp soya sauce. Mix very well.
    Dissolve 1 tbsp corn flour in a little water, add it to the mince mixture, fry very well on high flame.
    Now remove mixture in a serving platter, serve with steamed rice or fried rice.
