Ingredients
  1. Chicken noodles 500 gram
  2. Chicken mince 250 gram
  3. Egg(beaten) 5
  4. Pepper powder 1tsp
  5. Tomatoes (chopped) 1
  6. Green chillies (chopped) 2
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Oil for frying
Method
  • Boil and cool noodles
  • Heat oil in pot and fry mince till it changes colour.
  • Add black pepper, salt, tomatoes and green chilli; fry well
  • Mix egg in noodles
  • Heat oil in a frying pan and fry noodle like on omeltte; turn over.
  • Spread mince on top and cook for few minutes.
  • Turn over noodles cake on a plate and serve
