INGREDIENTS

½ kg spinach
1/2 cup rnoong dal
3 tomatoes (chopped)
1 onion (chopped)
salt to taste
½ tsp red chilli powder
a little gur

METHOD

This preparation does not require any oil.
Wash the spinach and set aside in a pan.
Wash the dal and place on the spinach.
Cook in a pressure cooker with half a cup of water.
When tender, add tomatoes, onion, salt. red chillies and gur.
Allow to cook for 3 minutes. Mix well, remove from fire, and serve.
