INGREDIENTS

Cottage Cheese2 packets
Sweet Corn 1 tin
Lemons2
Crushed black pepper1 tbsp
Butter1 tsp
Saltto taste
Roasted and crushed cumin1 tsp
Sugar1 tsp
Chopped green chilies6

METHOD

Add in butter in the pan, add in 2 tins of corn. Stir fry it. Add in salt, 2 lemon juice, red chili flakes and 1 tsp paste. Take some oil in rthe pan and add in 2 packets cottage cheese. Add in green chilies, black pepper and cumin. Simmer and serve hot.
