Ingredients
  1. Chicken breast4
    Puff pastry250 gm
    Milk250 ml
    Carrot1
    Capsicum1
    Spring onion1
    Cheese slices4
    Garlic 4 cloves
    Crushed black pepper1 tbsp
    Flour roasted2 tbsp
    Oil2 tbsp
    Saltto taste
Method
  • Cut chicken into slices, heat 2 tbsp oil in a wok, add 4 cloves of chopped garlic. Sauté till golden brown.
    Now add sliced chicken and fry till its color is changed.
    Then add 1 chopped carrot, 1 chopped capsicum and 1 chopped spring onion, mix well and cook for 2 – 3 minutes. Turn the flame off and keep aside.
    In another wok heat 250 ml of milk, cook till it comes to a boil. Add in 2 tbsp roasted flour and mix well, cook till sauce thickens.
    Add 1 tbsp crushed black pepper, salt to taste and 4 cheese slices. Mix well.
    Now add cooked chicken mixture and mix well.
    Roll the puff pastry, pour mixture in an oven proof dish and cover with the puff pastry.
    Brush top with beaten egg. Now bake in a preheated oven on 180 degrees for 20 – 25 minutes.
    Remove from oven, serve hot.
