INGREDIENTS

Chicken (bonless) 400 gram
Garlic 2 cloves
Black pepper powder ¼ tsp
Water ½ cup
Refind flour ½ cup
Breadcrums ½ cup
Arbiata sauce 1 cup
Cheddar cheese 1 cup
Salt 1/32 tsp

METHOD

Marinate chincke piece with garlic, salt black pepper, 1 tbsp flour and water and set a aside.. Then mix ½ cup flour and breadcrumbs in a plate coat chicken piece with it.
Warn oil in a fry pan, fry chicken piece till golden and remove put them in baking dish.

Sprinkle arbiata sauce and cheese on them and bake in pre heated oven at 180C till sheese melts; serve hot on a bed of boiled noodle.
