Ingredients
  1. Small shell pasta 500 g
  2. Parmesan chese 60 g
  3. anchovy sauce
  4. olive oil 2 tbsp
  5. onion 3
  6. garlic 3 cloves
  7. dry white wine ½ cup
  8. canned anchovies 8
  9. fresh rosemary 1 tbsp
  10. dried rosemary 1 tbsp
  11. beef or chicken 1 cup
  12. red chilli 1
  13. cut into ring
Method
  • • Cook pasta shell in boiling water in a large sauce pans following packets direction, Drain set aside keep warm.
  • • To make sauce, heat oil in a large frying pan and cook onion and garlic over a medium heat for 10 minutes or until onion are soft. Stir in wine and anchovies and bring to the boil. Boil for 2 minutes or until wine reduce by half
  • • Stir in rosemary and stock and bring back to the boil. Boil until a sauce reduces and thickens slightly. Ad chilli and pasta to sauce, toss to combine, spinkle with parmesan cheese and serve
