Ingredients

Spiral pasta 375 g
Parmesan zheese 2 tbsp
Artichokes sauce
Olive oil 1tbsp
Cloves garlic 2
Ripe tomatoes 4
And chopped
Chopped fresh basil 2 tbsp
Chopped fresh parsley 2tbsp
Drained and halved
Black pepper

Method

To make sauce, heat oil in a saucepan and cook onion and garlic over a medium heat until onion is soft stir in tomatoes basil and pasley and bring to the boil
Reduce heat, cover and simmer, stirring occasionally for 30 minutes or until sauce reduce and thickens. Stir in artichokes and season to taste with black pepper
Cook pasta in boiling water in a large saucepans following water in a large saucepan following packet direction drains spoon sauce over hot pasta sprinkle with parmesan cheese and serve.
