Ingredients
  1. Peach½ kg
    White flour2 cup
    Butter250 gm
    Icing sugar1 ½ cup
    Egg1
    Milk½ kg
    Custard                1 cup
Method
    1. For tart:
      In a bowl add 2 cup white flour, 250 gm butter and ½ cup icing sugar to knead. Now rol it with the help of rolling pin and spread it on tart tin and put heavy weigh on top and bake it I oven for 5 to 8 minutes over 200c. Tart is ready. For filling, in half liter milk add ½ cup icing sugar to dissolve.  Then add 1 cup custard dissolved in milk or water and pour it slightly and stir it continuously till it dissolves. Fill tart with the custard, decorate it with ½ kg peach and make mixture of remaining butter, 1 egg and icing sugar and spread on top. Now bake it n oven for 10 minutes for 250c and serve.
