پیاز کا سلاد (INGREDIENTS)
  1. پیاز(باریک سلائس کاٹ لیں) دو عدد(درمیانی )
  2. نمک حسب ذائقہ
  3. Sumac دو چائے کے چمچے
  4. پیپریکا ایک چائے کا چمچہ
  5. پارسلے(چوپ کیا ہوا) 1کپ
METHOD
  • ایک پیالے میں پیاز کے سلائس ڈال کر اس پر نمک چھڑکیں اور تھوڑی دیر کے لئے ایک طرف رکھ دیں۔ اب پیاز کو ہاتھوں سے مسلیں تاکہ اس کا جھار والا پانی نکل جائے اب اس میں Sumac، پیپریکا اور پارسلے ڈال کر مکس کر یں۔ پیاز کا سلاد تیار ہے۔
