ا’بلے آلو ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ آدھا کلو انڈے ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ چار عدد کوکونٹ ملک ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ دو کپ براو¿ن شوگر ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ آدھا کپ بادام ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ 50گرام کشمش ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ 50گرام ونیلا ایسنس ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ چند قطرے زعفران ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ ایک چھوٹی ڈبیا

METHOD

پہلے آلوو¿ں کو ا’بال کر چھیل لیں اور تھوڑا ٹھنڈا کرلیں ۔ اب آلو ، کوکونٹ ملک ، برو¿ن شوگر، انڈے ، ونیلا ایسنس اور ایک چھوٹی ڈبیا زعفران کے ساتھ چوپر میں ڈال کر اچھی طرح پیسٹ تےار کر لیں ۔ جب پیسٹ تےار ہوجائے تو اسے ایک پیالے میں نکال لیں۔ پھر اس میں بھیگی ہوئی کشمش شامل کردیں ۔ اب یہ تمام مکسچر اوون پروف ڈش میں ڈالیں اوپر سے باریک کٹے بادام کے ساتھ گارنش کر کے 180cپر 15سے 20منٹ تک بیک کرلیں ۔ لائٹ گولڈن رنگ آنے پر نکال کر سرو کریں۔
