Ingredients
  1. Potato 500 grams
  2. Mayonise ½ cup
  3. Vinegar 2 tbsp
  4. Salt ½ tsp
  5. Sugar 1 tsp
  6. Black pepper 1/4tsp
  7. Capsicum ½ cup
  8. Onion ½ cup
  9. Egg 2
  10. Mustard paste 2tbsp
Method
  • Mix 500 grams potato with ½ cup of mayonise,2 tbsp of vinegar,1/2 tsp sugar ,1/2 tsp of salt,1/2 tsp black pepper ,1/2 cup of capsicum,1/2 cup of onion,2 eggs and 2tbsp of mustard paste.
  • Set in refrigerator and serve cold potato salad
