Ingredients
  1. Icing sugar250 grams
    Eggs white1
    Lemon juice1tsp
Method
  • Strain 250 grams of icing sugar
    Beat egg white in a bowl.
    Keep adding 1tbsp of icing sugar in egg white with beating.
    Then add 1tsp of lemon juice
    Beat mixture for 8-10 minutes
    Decorate carrot cake with the royal icing
