250 grams cottage cheese
100 grams sugar
20 grams glazed cherries
50 grams raisins
25 grams flour
50 grams butter
½ tsp saffron
½ tsp small cardamom
½ tsp vanilla essence
Puff pastry as required
Mix cottage cheese, butter and sugar together.
Gradually add eggs and beat well.
Add glazed cherries, raisins, flour, small cardamom, saffron and vanilla essence and mix well.
Add in the beaten egg white in it.
Then put the flan in pan and put the mixture in it and bake it on 180 c for 20 – 25 mins.
