Ingredients
  1. Minced meat___ half kg
  2. Potato___ 250 grams
  3. Cloves, Cinnamon___ as required
  4. Pomegranate grains___ 25 grams
  5. Mint___ 1 bundle
  6. Green chili___ 2 or 3 nos
  7. Onion___ 2 bundles
  8. Eggs___ 2 nos
  9. Ghee___ as required
  10. Black pepper___ small amount
  11. Gram pulse___ 125 grams
  12. Green coriander___ 1 bundle
  13. Unripe mango___ 1 no
  14. Crushed red pepper___ To taste
  15. Gralic___ 9 nos
  16. Ginger___ 1 small bundle
  17. Salt___ as required
Method
  • Wash minced meat and pulse and boil with salt, red pepper and garlic and grind.
  • Boil potatoes and
  • mash on slab.
  • Prepare the chutney of pomegranate grains, green coriander, green chili, salt,
  • red pepper, unripe mango without water.
  • Add crushed seasoning, crushed ginger, salt and remaining red pepper into
  • chopped minced meat and mix well to disslove all the ingredients well.
  • Prepare small pieces of mash potatoes and place
  • potato pieces into evry minced meat kababs.
  • Braek eggs into a cup and beat well.
  • Dip minced meat pieces into egg and fry
  • in fying pan.
  • Draw when it is red.
  • Very delicious shami kababs are prepared.
  • They are very delicious with
  • lettuce, reddish slices or tomato.

What is the purpose of mango in this recipe? It is include in the recipe but i dont know from where it use in the preparation of this shami kabab.
