Ingredients
  1. Grated coconut 180 grams
  2. Butter 20 grams
  3. Sugar powder 50 grams
  4. Egg white 2
  5. Corn flour /custard powder 2 tbsp
Method
  • Pre heat oven at 170 degrees
  • Beat 20 grams of butter and 2 egg white in a bowl.
  • Now add 180 gram of grated coconut and 2tbsp of corn flour, allow mixing to make soft dough.
  • Then make small balls of dough and place them on grease tray of oven to bake for 12-15 min.
  • When balls turn to golden brown then dish out on serving dish.
