Ingredients
  1. 1) Boneless meat mutton or beef 1 kg
  2. 2) Marinate for 4 hours with
  3. 3) Salt 1 1/2 tsp
  4. 4) Chili powder 1 tbsp
  5. 5) Zeera powder 1 tbsp
  6. 6) Dry dhania powder 1 tbsp
  7. 7) Ginger and garlic paste 2 tbsp
  8. 8) Onions chopped 2
  9. 9) Vinegar 3/4 cup
Method
  • 1. Cook the meat with little water when tender, add 1-cup ghee.
  • 2. Let it cook well until the ghee starts coming out.
  • 3. Add saunf 1 tbsp + crushed red chilies 1 tbsp, add 1/4 cup water.
  • 4. Keep it on the stove for a few minutes.
  • 5. Your Sindhi Ghost is ready!

No members in my family like the recipe of sindhi gosht specially according to this recipe. Actually my family never feel interest in any rotti item.
