Ingredients
  1. Fettuccine 500 gram
  2. SMOKED SALMON SAUCES:-
  3. Fresh or frozen peas 125 gram
  4. White wine ¼ cups
  5. Cream 1 ¼ cup
  6. Smoked salmon
  7. Spring onion, finally chopped 3
  8. Ground black pepper
Method
  • Cook spaghetti in boiling water in a large saucepan following packet direction, Drain set, aside and keep warm
  • To make sauce, blanch peas in boiling water for 2 minutes. Refresh under cold running water for drins and set aside. Place wine in a large frying pan and bring to the boil. Stir in 1 cup 250 ml cream and boil until sauces reduce and thickens .place 4 slices smoked salmon , spring onion and remaining cream in a food processor a puree. Stir smoked salmon mixture into sauces and cook until sauce is hot.
  • Cut remaining salmin slices into strips. Add strips and peas to sauce and peas to sauce and season to taste with black pepper. Spoon sauce over fetturccine and toss to combine … serve immediately.
