Ingredients
  1. self raising flour. 1 and a half cup
      castor sugar. 3/4 cup
      Butter .. 125 gms
      peppermint essence 3/4 tsp
      eggs.. 2
      milk… 1/2 cup
      cream.. 3 tbsp heaped
Method
  • preheat oven to 180 deg.
    sift flour, keep aside.
    beat butter and sugar till creamy.
    add eggs one by one.
    add essence and beat.
    mix cream and milk and keep aside
     fold in the milk and flour alternately into the main batter.
    fill cupcake liners 3/4th full.
    bake for 15 to 18 minutes, cool completely before icing.
