سوجی کی فیرنی (INGREDIENTS)
  1. سوجی ----- چار کھانے کے چمچ
  2. دودھ ----- دو پیالی
  3. چینی ----- ایک کھانے کا چمچ
METHOD
  • سوجی کو فرائینگ پین میں سنہری کر کے نکال لیں- دیگچی میں دودھ گرم کریں اور اس میں سوجی ڈال کر ہلکی آنچ پر پکنے دیں- جب آمیزہ گاڑھا ہوجائے تو اس میں چینی شامل کر کے چینی حل ہونے تک پکا کر چولہا بند کردیں-
