Ingredients
  1. 2 kgs fresh lemons (large)
  2. 200 gms salt
  3. 1 tblsp turmeric
Method
  • Wash lemons, wipe, and cut each into 8 pieces. Add salt and turmeric. Mix and store in a clean glass jar. Stir every day. In about 45 days, the lemons will become soft, and the pickle, ready to eat
  • This is specially recommended for invalids.
