Ingredients
  1. Red snapper fillet500 grams
    Salt¼ tsp
    Crushed black pepper¼ tsp
    Garlic1tsp
    Orange juice3 tbsp
    Orange zest1tsp
    Orange sauce ingredients
    Garlic1clove
    Butter2 tbsp
    Orange juice¼ cup
    Ginger            2 slices
    Fresh parsley            2tbsp
Method
  • Mix ¼ tsp of salt, 1/4 tsp crushed red chili, 1tsp of garlic, 3 tbsp of orange juice and orange zest in a bowl.
    Place prepared mixture over 500 grams red snapper and keep fish for steam.
    Now for sauce fry 1 clove of garlic in 2 tbsp of butter and add ¼ cup of orange and 2 slices of ginger.
    When it starts to boil then remove it from flame and pour over steam fish.
