Ingredients
  1. 250 grams strawberries
    250 grams cream
    ½ cup condensed milk
    1 packet strawberry jelly
    Strawberry essence few drops
    2 tsp gelatin powder
    ½ cup sugar
    100 grams almonds
    1 tbsp caster sugar
Method
  • Dissolve 2tsp of gelatin in luke warm water.
    Caramelize the sugar in a saucepan. Grease a steel plate pour the caramel and add the almonds
    When cool crush the caramel
    Ina  bowl whip together the cream,gelatin powder, condensed milk and jelly
    Top the sliced strawberries and caster sugar
    In a dessert dish, spread a layer of sliced strawberries,whipped gelatin mixture
    Top with the crushed caramel and freeze for half an hour
