INGREDIENTS

Cucumber 1
Green chilies 1
Green onion 2
Lemon 2
Cabbage 1 cup
Mint leaves 1 cup
Finely chopped garlic 1 tsp
Olive oil 1 tbsp
Black pepper ½ tsp
Crushed black pepper ¼ tsp
Salt ½ tsp
Salad leaves as per requirement

METHOD

In a bowl take ½ tsp black pepper,1/2 tsp salt, lemon juice of 2 lemons,1 tbsp olive oil and lemon slices. Mix well.
Now in this mixture add 1 cucmber,1 cup cabbage, 2 green onions,1 cup mint leaves, 1 tsp finely chopped garlic and salad leaves and toast them.
In the end pour it in a dish and garnish ¼ tsp black pepper on it.
Summer salad is ready to serve.
