Ingredients
  1. Vermicelli 1 packet
    Sugar 1 ½ cup
    Rose water few drops
    Small cardamom 6
    Sugar 1 tsp
    Boiled almonds, pistachio as required
    Coconut ½ cup
    Fresh milk 1 cup
    Butter or clarified butter 2 tbsp
    Khoya as required
Method
  • Grind 6 small cardamoms in 1 tsp sugar. Take a pan and cook ½ cup water and 1 ½ sugar together and make a sugar syrup. Take 2 tbsp butter and clarified butter in the pan and add in sugar. Then add in 1 pack vermicelli cook it till they are golden brown. Add in sugar syrup and move the spoon fast. When the sugar syrup is absorbed add in 1 cup fresh milk and few drops of rose water. Cook it for 2 minutes and and dish it out. Decorate it with boiled almonds, pistachio and silver paper and serve.
