Tazo Tea Recipe by Tahir Chaudhary
Water 2-1/2 cups
Green cardamom 6-8 pods
Whole black peppercorns 2
Fresh ginger, peeled and diced 1-2 slices
Cinnamon 2 sticks
Milk 2/3 cup
Honey 4 tsp
Loose black tea 2- tsp
Put the water in a saucepan, add the spices, and bring to a boil.
Turn down the heat and let simmer for 5 to 10 minutes. Add milk
And sugar and bring to a boil (or heavy simmer).
Add tea, turn off the heat and let infuse for 2 to 3 min
Strain into 2 cups and serve hot.
